Pinole Point Business Park is a 100-acre, master-planned development with warehouse, light industrial, manufacturing, R&D, office and biotech space. The park's first two phases consist of nine flexible buildings totaling 1.5 million. Approximately 476,000-sf has already been completed, with 32,000-sf available for occupancy. Quebecor will use its space, which is located at 2100 Atlas Road in Building Three, as a distribution center.

"Pinole Point Business Park signals new opportunities for Richmond," says Todd Severson, vice president at the Colliers office in Oakland. "For its part, Quebecor looked throughout the Bay Area and chose Pinole Point because of its access to Interstate 80 and its proximity to the United States Postal Service Bulk Mail Center."

In addition, International Delicacies Inc., an existing tenant at Pinole Point Business Park, has signed a five-year, 43,776-sf lease that will enable the company to move from its 32,000-sf space in Building Two to the larger space in Building Three. Currently, 32,000-sf remains available for lease in Building Three.

Severson and Greig Lagomarsino represented the landlord, Pinole Point Properties, in the first transaction. David Cebalo with Ritchie Commercial represented Quebecor. In the International Delicacies transaction, Severson and Lagomarsino represented both sides. The lease rate was unavailable.
