Pinole Point Business Park Takes on New Tenants

OAKLAND— Quebecor World Logistics Inc., the logistics arm of Quebecor WorldInc., has signed a five-year lease to occupy 54,000-sf of office space in the Pinole Point Business Park in Richmond.

Pinole Point Business Park is a 100-acre, master-planned development with warehouse, light industrial, manufacturing, R&D, office and biotech space. The park’s first two phases consist of nine flexible buildings totaling 1.5 million. Approximately 476,000-sf has already been completed, with 32,000-sf available for occupancy. Quebecor will use its space, which is located at 2100 Atlas Road in Building Three, as a distribution center.

“Pinole Point Business Park signals new opportunities for Richmond,” says Todd Severson, vice president at the Colliers office in Oakland. “For its part, Quebecor looked throughout the Bay Area and chose Pinole Point because of its access to Interstate 80 and its proximity to the United States Postal Service Bulk Mail Center.”
