Encompassing 21,220-sf, the class A building is located at 10329 Dorsett inclose proximity to the 10 and 15 Freeways. It is a freestanding, single-storyfacility. TACC, which was leasing space in Rancho Cucamonga prior to itsrecent purchase, plans to use the new building to house its corporateheadquarters. In addition, the space will be used for the manufacturing andwarehousing of binoculars, according to Teresa Knight of NAI Capital Commercial.
Knight acted on behalf of TACC in the transaction. The seller, WilkinsFamily Trust, was represented by Todd Launchbaugh from Lee & Associates.Financial specifics regarding the deal were not disclosed.
