TACC Acquires 10,260-SF Industrial Building

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA-The company buys the single-story, freestanding facilityfrom the Wilkins Family Trust. TACC will use the building to house its corporate headquarters, as well as its manufacturing and warehousing

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA-Binocular maker TACC has acquired a Rancho Cucamongaindustrial facility from a family trust.

Encompassing 21,220-sf, the class A building is located at 10329 Dorsett inclose proximity to the 10 and 15 Freeways. It is a freestanding, single-storyfacility. TACC, which was leasing space in Rancho Cucamonga prior to itsrecent purchase, plans to use the new building to house its corporateheadquarters. In addition, the space will be used for the manufacturing andwarehousing of binoculars, according to Teresa Knight of NAI Capital Commercial.
