The 32-year-old Kjellander participated as a development team member in Crow's $45 million in new ventures last year. He holds a master's in business administration degree with concentrations on real estate, urban analysis and competitive strategy from the University of Florida and a bachelor of science degree from the University of Alabama.

Crow hired the Sweden-born professional immediately after completing his MBA studies. Before deciding on a real estate career, Kjellander was professional water-skier for six years. He is a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties and is actively involved in TCC's community and fund-raising activities.

Trammell Crow has two million sf of projects under way throughout Florida with an aggregate value of $175 million. Among the firm's diverse development portfolio are the $110 million Marriott Waterside convention hotel, Tampa, FL; the 260,000-sf Center of Commerce Industrial Park, Orlando; the 200,000-sf McKesson distribution facility, Lakeland, FL; the 450,000-sf Port Ybor Mixed-Use Industrial Park, Tampa, FL; the 175,000-sf Tower 101 office building, Fort Lauderdale, FL; and the 194,000-sf Hughes Supply office building, Downtown Orlando.
