Trammell Crow Analyst Promoted

ORLANDO-Richard Kjellander, who participated in Crow's $45 million in new development projects last year, is the firm's statewide senior financial analyst responsible for economic evaluation of build-to-suit and speculative development ventures.

ORLANDO-Richard Kjellander, a financial analyst for 2 ½ years at Trammell Crow Co./Orlando, has enlarged responsibilities today in his new position as the firm’s senior financial analyst on evaluating build-to-suit and speculative development projects.

The 32-year-old Kjellander participated as a development team member in Crow’s $45 million in new ventures last year. He holds a master’s in business administration degree with concentrations on real estate, urban analysis and competitive strategy from the University of Florida and a bachelor of science degree from the University of Alabama.
