The property is a four-story office building and previously had served asthe local headquarters for Global Crossings. The building is located inproximity to area amenities including restaurants, hotels and shopping.
Up to 130,000 rentable sf of contiguous office space can be made availablewithin the building, said Grubb & Ellis officials. The team assigned to theproject includes Brendan P. George, senior associate with the firm, and W.Keith Johnson, associate.
Also, Insite Commercial Group/TCN Worldwide represented MobilityWorks, a handicap-accessible vehicle manufacturer, in a 13,120 sf lease at1965 E. Avis Dr. in Madison Heights. Viktor Gjonaj, retail sales associatewith Insite, was responsible for negotiating the lease on this industrialproperty, which Mobility Works will use to house a new production facility.Insite is affiliated with Schostak Brothers & Co. of Southfield.
