The value of the lease was not disclosed. However, the lease value is estimated based on the average class A rental rate of $32.17 per sf for office space in the Brickell Avenue submarket, where the office is located.

The site is at 601 Brickell Key Drive in Miami's Courvoisier Centre II, which is currently 75% occupied. Eric. S. Siegrist of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc. represented the property owner, Florida Office Property Co., in the transaction. Doug Campbell of Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. represented Young & Rubicam Inc.
