Lower-Gwynedd, PA-based CHI will move staff to the Fort Washington space from offices in Springhouse, PA, in the third quarter of this year. Walt Czarnecki of the local office of New York-based Insignia/ESG negotiated for the tenant.

CHI is a research and engineering company that addresses advanced technology. It was named one of the Delaware Valley's fastest growing technology companies in Deloitte & Touche's Technology Fast 50 program.Thomas Kramer, senior vice president, and Richard Smith and Roger Lind of locally based Smith Mack/Oncor International represented the owner, Newton, MA-based HRPT Properties Trust. Smith Mack is the agent for more than 150,000 sf in the Fort Washington market.
