Munson Steps into Director's Role

SAN DIEGO, CA-A 20-year plus veteran of the real estate industry, James Munson is chosen to fulfill the post of managing director of transaction services for Burnham Real Estate Services.

SAN DIEGO, CA-Burnham Real Estate Services has recently elevated seven-month employee James Munson to the newly created post of managing director of transaction services.

In this capacity, Munson will oversee all transaction services activities and groups to help expand Burnham’s market share in Southern California and beyond. The company’s transaction services group includes sales and leasing activities for all commercial real estate product type including office, industrial and R&D, retail and multifamily.
