The lease is described as long-term and valued in excess of $4 million. Locally based Thomas Realty Partners acquired the building in 1994. The 29-story, 684,000-sf, class-A facility was built in 1987 and has an expanded hexagonal design. It has access from Ben Franklin Parkway, a tenants-only parking garage and a SEPTA suburban transit station at its front door.

Mike Brown of TRP handles all leasing for the building. Agents in both the local and New York offices of New York-based Julien J. Studley, Inc. were cooperating brokers in the transaction. AP, the oldest and largest news agency in the world, serves 1,550 newspapers and 5,000 radio and television stations in the US alone.
