Tom Jacobs of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Phoenix office, tells GlobeSt.com that the five-year tenant expanded its space by 1,000 sf in the transaction. The firm currently uses the office for administrative services related to its health-care operation.

The two-and three-story buildings located at 3020 E. Camelback Rd.near 30th Street are situated around a man-made lake that is the focal point of the complex. Terms of the lease were not made available.

Jacobs and Chris Walton, also with Grubb & Ellis' office division, and Doug Edison, with the Edison Group, represented the tenant in the transaction. Jennifer Bishop with the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis Inc. bargained the terms for the building owner, CMD Realty Investment Fund IV.
