Cambridge Development Group Plans Loft Project

MIAMI-Cambridge Development Group plans to build a 54-unit, loft-style condominium complex called Space 01 along the waterfront in North Bay Village, FL. The development will be located at 7934 West Drive, where 33,600 sf of land was recently purchased for $3.15 million. The development will be financed privately.

Unit prices range from $450,000 to $739,000. Total unit sizes will range from 1,808 sf to 1,906 sf. The developer is planning to sell the units at an average of approximately $270 per sf.

Space 01 units will have more than 1,000 sf of open space that can be converted into a living room, office, bedroom or a combination of each. Units will also feature one other structured room. The bathroom will be accessible from the main space as well as the separate room.
