Prevost was a broker with Raleigh-based Capital associates for nearly eight years before moving to CBRE. He launched has real estate career in 1979 at the Las Colinas development in Irving, TX. In the '90s, he worked in Dallas on the marketing and disposition of distressed properties throughout Texas. He also ran his own commercial real estate brokerage firm in Dallas.
