Senior managing director Kurt Hoffmann of the Boca Raton, FL office of commercial mortgage banking firm Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP arranged the financing on behalf of The David Associates III Land Trust. Linton International Plaza is an 83,085-sf, mixed-use center with office, restaurant and retail space. The center consists of a two-story office building; a 3,000-sf out-parcel; a 6,000-sf free-standing, single-tenant retail building finished late last year; and 366 uncovered parking spaces.
It is located on more than nine acres at 660 Linton Blvd., a half mile east of Interstate 95. The center, originally built in 1986, is more than 98% leased. The 42 tenants there include Wachovia Bank, State Farm insurance company and Pollo Tropical.
