As leasing director at Advantis, Francis will also oversee leasing activity at St. Joe's newest Atlanta acquisition, the 5660 New Northside Dr. office building. In Francis, St. Joe gets a 28-year industry professional who has directed leasing efforts at major Atlanta projects such as Centennial Tower, 637,000 sf; Perimeter 400 Center, 396,000 sf; and Parkway 400, 200,000 sf.

Francis is a member and past president of NAIOP; a life member of the Atlanta Board of Realtor's Million Dollar Club; and a Georgia State University graduate.
