Stephan and Fivia Boros, of Gresham, bought the Safeway Vistoso Plaza at Rancho Vistoso Boulevard and Tangerine Road just 30 days after Jacksonville, FL-based seller, Regency Centers, placed it on the market, Scott Spier of the Eisenberg Co. tells GlobeSt.com. "It's a nice, high-end property in an area where there are some supply constraints to development and an area that is showing solid growth," Spier said of the property's appeal.

The plaza, anchored by a Safeway grocery store that was not part of the deal, is one of several shopping centers in Arizona owned by the Oregon couple, Spier said. Earlier this month, the couple purchased Westwind Plaza, an 18,000-sf shopping center at 107th Avenue and Indian School Road in Avondale for $3.3 million.

The Safeway Vistoso Plaza's tenants include two real estate firms, nail salon, bicycle shop, insurance company, dental and chiropractic practices, spa and salon and two restaurants. Spier represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer's broker was Ronald Finkel with RBI in Phoenix.
