The industrial space at the Chesapeake Plaza building is nearly fully leased as NAI KLNB managed to simultaneously secure a 160,160-sf lease commitment from Poly-Seal Corp. At Webster Business Center, one structure is 100% occupied and the other has an occupancy level of 30%. "The Chesapeake Park Plaza building will dramatically increase in value with the completion of the extension of White Marsh Blvd.," NAI KLNB's Timothy Hearn explains. "In addition, we envision a rapid lease-up period for the remaining space at Webster Business Center. Activity in the industrial sector remains strong in that section of Baltimore County, and the Rossville Industrial Park is an extremely popular choice for these users."
