Kiesler Enterprises, which manufactures and sells high-end cabinets, doors and custom furniture, purchased the 23619 N. 35th Dr. property from Form Flo Equipment Manufacturers Inc., which downsized its equipment manufacturing operations, Insignia/ESG director Jerry Hillery tells GlobeSt.com.

"Their previous 22,000-sf building limited their growth," said Hillery, noting the purchase gave the Arizona-based firm a building with good electrical power, a fenced yard and covered outdoor storage area along with expansion capabilities.

On the market for about a year, the building, located at 35th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak, had drawn the interest of at least one other buyer, but that deal fell out of escrow, Hillery said. Bob Deininger of Johnson & Associates in Scottsdale marketed the building for Form Flo. Hillery represented the buyer in the transaction.
