DSS Signs on for 107,500 sf in Sheffield

LONDON-Rogers Chapman has let offices in Sheffield totalling 107,500 sf on

Trillium to house a new operational centre for its client, the Departmern of Social Security. LONDON-A client of Rogers Chapman has fitted out and secured lettings infor 85,000 sf  at Hartshead Square, Sheffield, at a rent of £12.50 ($29) per sf.The remaining 22,500 sf was let in shell condition at approximately £8.50 ($13.60) per sf and gives additional expansion space in the adjacent building,Meeting House Lane.

Land Securities Trillium will use the buildings tohouse a new operational centre for its client, the Department of Social Security. It took the spaceon a 25-year lease.
