Craig J. Scheuerle moves up from VP to SVP in the local office. He joined Grubb & Ellis here five years ago and averages more than 375,000-sf of leases a year with an annual consideration of $67 million. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Scheuerle began his career in 1987 as a leasing agent for locally based Jackson-Cross/Insignia.

Charles R. Brown has been promoted from senior office advisor to VP in the King of Prussia, PA office. He has been the company's industrial and flex specialist in suburban markets there for nearly seven years and has more than 15 years of experience in the industry.

Carl L. Neilson, who has been senior investment specialist in the locally based financial services group for seven years, has been named VP. He is a member of the firm's investment advisory board and has more than 17 years of experience in real estate sales, development, portfolio management and lease consulting.
