The 14-acre property is adjacent to the Crowne Plaza Hotel and can be expanded by another 168 units, broker Susan Morris of Colliers Arnold Real Estate Services Co., tells GlobeSt.com. Nearby is the recently opened Orlando Premium Outlets, Regency Village and a new Hilton timeshare resort under construction. The Interstate 4 flyover road, connecting Int'l. Drive with Turkey Lake Road, is expected to be completed within two years.
