The new loft-style apartments emerged in two towers that used to be home to the I.R.S. and the headquarters of NYC Fire Department. Now the adjoining buildings feature high-end rental units designed by Meltzer/Mandl Architects, boasting 10-ft ceilings. The development also houses a health club, parking garage, and roof-deck with a solarium and basketball court.

Privately owned Marson Contracting served as the general contractor for the project. Founded in 1949, Marson builds urban housing, hospitality and mixed-use projects in the NYC area.
