"Photon Research Associates has housed its Washington, DC offices in Rosslyn since the mid-1980s," Cushman & Wakefield's Bob Schap tells GlobeSt.com. Cushman represented Photon in the deal. "The substantial growth of the company's government contracting business, coupled with the physical constraints of an older building, conditioned the need to consider other options for future office space," Schap explains. "The timing of PWC's downsizing of the 10th floor at 1616 N. Fort Myer dovetailed nicely with PRA's critical path to relocate the Rosslyn operations."
