Dwight Bell of Atlanta-based BOSS Properties represented the building owners, a partnership between BOSS and New York-based Lehman Brothers Inc. Porsche will occupy the ninth and 10th floors of Two Lakeside Commons.

Porsche's leasing activity follows the company's naming of Peter Schwarzenbauer as the new president and CEO. Schwarzenbauer will replace Fred "Mister Porsche" Schwab who retires March 1 after 17 years with the automaker. Schwarzenbauer is managing director of Porsche Iberica for the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
