Slough Estates has beenactive in Continental Europe since 1962 and in the past six years hasdeveloped 3.7 million sf of distribution warehousing in France, Belgium andGermany.
As well as the Bornem distribution park, Slough and KBC have adistribution park at Rumst, within 0.6 miles of Junction 8 of the E19,connecting Brussels with Antwerp and the Netherlands. The Rumst scheme willeventually total 860,000 sf and outline planning consent is already inplace for a first phase of 270,000 sf.
