193,000-SF Deer Valley Project Revs Up

PHOENIX-Mack Arizona is readying the crew to begin a two-phase industrial project on a tract at the junction of 15th Drive and Rose Garden. Ground will break within two months, with delivery in late summer or early fall.

PHOENIX-Construction is slated to begin on a two-phase, multi-million-dollar project that will add 193,000 sf of distribution space to the Deer Valley Corridor.

Mack Arizona, part of the Mack Cos., one of the largest industrial developers in the world, will break ground within the next two months on Phase I of the project with the construction of two buildings, 57,764 sf and 135,236 sf, at 15th Drive and Rose Garden, Insignia/ESG director Jerry Hillery tells GlobeSt.com.
