Furniture Retailer Expands into 16,700 SF

AUSTIN-John-William Fine Furniture & Interiors exits 8,160 sf at 8750 Shoal Creek Blvd. for 9230 Research Blvd. in the north central submarket. The five-year deal also puts the office and warehouse under one roof.

AUSTIN-An Austin furniture retailer has moved and expanded its headquarters–and added warehouse space. John-William Fine Furniture & Interiors Inc. has leased 16,694 sf at 9230 Research Blvd. in the north central submarket.

David Blackbird, a Trammell Crow Co. associate in Austin, brokered the five-year lease for the tenant and the building owner, Equitable Crow Southwest Associates Three. Blackbird tells GlobeSt.com that the new location in the Shoal Creek Business Park gives John-William more space for warehousing and expands its office space.
