David Blackbird, a Trammell Crow Co. associate in Austin, brokered the five-year lease for the tenant and the building owner, Equitable Crow Southwest Associates Three. Blackbird tells GlobeSt.com that the new location in the Shoal Creek Business Park gives John-William more space for warehousing and expands its office space.

The move consolidates its previous office, which was divided into neighboring buildings. The location also provides the company's delivery trucks with quick access to US Highway 183 and MoPac Expressway.

The company moved from 8,160 sf at 8750 Shoal Creek Blvd., where it subleased space in the building next door. John-William operates two stores in Austin and one in San Antonio.
