Oakmont Lands Key Warehouse Tenant

ATLANTA-Gulf South Medical Supply Inc. of Jacksonville, FL is taking 63,642 sf for five years at Riverside Logistics Center, a two-building, 194,000-sf property expected to be completed this quarter at a hard construction cost of $5.3 million.

ATLANTA-Locally based Oakmont Industrial Group has landed a blue-ribbon tenant in Gulf South Medical Supply Inc. for its two-building, 194,000-sf Riverside Logistics Center expected to be completed this quarter at a hard construction cost of $5.3 million.

Gulf South will be taking 63,642 sf for five years at an estimated gross rent of $1.5 million at 8220 Troon Circle, the largest of the two buildings at 128,059 sf. Average asking distribution center rent in this submarket is in the $4-per-sf-range.
