Western Pacific will relocate to its new space at 1739 Sabre St. from its existing headquarters at 2368 W. Winton, also in Hayward. The new warehouse is an 18,020-sf, freestanding, concrete tilt-up office/warehouse facility situated on a 1.2-acre parcel. It includes a 2,800-sf, two-story office area.
According to Greg Lagomarsino, senior vice president in the Oakland office ofColliers International, sales activity in Alameda County has remained relatively strong. "The quality of buildings is some of the highest in the Bay Area and the financing alternatives make owning extremely attractive right now," he says.
Lagomarsino and Rick Keely, also with Colliers, represented the seller, General Conference Corp. of the Seventh Day Adventists in the transaction. Lagomarsino also represented Western Pacific.
