Over the six phases,planning permission has been granted for 2,500 properties to occupy the30-acre site--one quarter of the overall redevelopment.
The regenerationproject, which will also see the creation of first-class retail, leisureand commercial districts. With the demand for urban waterside living everincreasing, Glasgow Harbour is one of the largest waterfront regenerationprojects in the UK and gives access to over 1.8 miles (3km) of riverfrontand 15 acres of parkland.
Bryant is building one, two and three-bedroomapartments and penthouses, all with terraces and balconies with themajority offering a double aspect view. CALA Homes will have two andthree-bedroom apartments with three and four-bedroom penthouses.
