Two Lots at Quantum Go for $2.8M

MIAMI-Spec investors 81-82 High Ridge Development LLC bought vacant lots 81 and 82, at High Ridge Road and Gateway Boulevard, from Boynton Industrial Realty Corp. No plans have been announced for the land.

MIAMI-Two vacant lots at the southeast corner of High Ridge Road and Gateway Boulevard in Boynton Beach, FL’s Quantum Business Park have been sold for $2.8 million. The buyer, 81-82 High Ridge Development LLC, does not have specific plans for the land at this time.

The buyer may decide to sell the land–lots 81 and 82–at a later date or may entertain development proposals from prospective tenants looking to locate at that business park, J. Scott O’Donnell, senior associate for Trammell Crow Co.’s South Florida Investment Services group, tells GlobeSt.com.
