Two properties are office buildings, and the third consists of vacant land the buyers plan to develop into an office building or restaurant of at least 50,000 sf.

In one deal, Dixie Southland purchased the 36,793-sf Harbor Place office building at 1600 S.E. 17th St. from 1600 Seventeenth Inc. The building is approximately 85% occupied.

In addition, Mega Partners Development LLC bought the 21,160-sf 1510 S.E. 17th St. office building and a 29,000-sf lot at 1540 S.E. 17th St. from Alepou LLC. J.
