Michael Dyer of Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International acted on behalf of Merz. Champions of the West Tower LLC was represented by Dan Powell of City Pacific Realty.
Champions of the West Tower, which stands at 12264 El Camino Real, has been steadily attracting tenants over the past few months. In December 2002 alone, three different companies signed on for space here. Leavitt Management Group Inc. inked a 10-year lease for 3,075 sf, while the dental practice of Edward D. Kosakoski DMD signed a 10-year agreement for 2,107 sf. ULR Insurances also signed on, inking a four-year lease for 3,970 sf.
