Clark Center is a 48,997-sf, three story office building in the Vancouver Mall submarket that is 54% leased. Bridgeport Crossing is a 20,000-sf office building off SW Bridgeport Road in Tualatin that is 78% leased. Norris Beggs & Simpson previously held the Clark Center assignment and Colliers International previously held the Bridgeport assignment.

Bridgeport Crossing is a two-story building completed in 2001 that has 4,472 sf of first generation space available on the second floor. The development is owned by Bridgeport Investors LLC and managed by Pacific Santa Fe Corp. Insignia Director Jim Carver and Associate Director Lana Baldock are responsible for leasing at Bridgeport.

Clark Center is a three story office building with about 24,000 sf available, including the 16,000-sf second floor. The buidling is owned by Geisler Family, LLC and managed by Deering Management Group. Carver and Managing Director Dan Swift will head up the leasing efforts for Clark Center. The full-service asking rate for the building is $20 per sf per year.
