PORTLAND-Insignia/ESG has added two more office leasing assignments to its local portfolio in Bridgeport Crossing and Clark Center.

Clark Center is a 48,997-sf, three story office building in the Vancouver Mall submarket that is 54% leased. Bridgeport Crossing is a 20,000-sf office building off SW Bridgeport Road in Tualatin that is 78% leased. Norris Beggs & Simpson previously held the Clark Center assignment and Colliers International previously held the Bridgeport assignment.
