About 900 lawyers are relocating to the 47-story, 1.2 million-sf Times Square property from the firm's current offices at 30 Rockefeller Center and the Citigroup Center. Currently O'Melveny & Myers leases 122,000 sf on the 50th through 54th floors at the Citigroup Center, and will be breaking that lease two years before its expiration.

Designed by architect David M. Childs of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill LLP, Times Square Tower--also known as 10 Times Square--is Boston Properties' second project in the neighborhood. The first was Ernst & Young's new 1.1 million-sf home, 5 Times Square, which opened in May 2002. Boston Properties specializes in class A office, industrial and hotel properties.

O'Melveny & Myers is one of the 20th largest law firms in the country and has 14 global offices. The firm handles merges and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and other financial litigation.
