NEW YORK CITY-Boston Properties’ Time Square Tower, currently under construction on 42nd St. between Broadway and Seventh Ave., inked a major tenant this week that will occupy space on seven floors previously planned to be home to now defunct Arthur Andersen. The 206,958-sf lease with the law firm O’Melveny & Myers LLP is for 20 years on the third and 27th through 33rd floors. The firm’s expected to move in during the spring of 2004.

About 900 lawyers are relocating to the 47-story, 1.2 million-sf Times Square property from the firm’s current offices at 30 Rockefeller Center and the Citigroup Center. Currently O’Melveny & Myers leases 122,000 sf on the 50th through 54th floors at the Citigroup Center, and will be breaking that lease two years before its expiration.
