"We like the economic opportunities this project presents," B. Green principal Benjy Green says. "With such a great location at the gateway to a strong and viable community, we hope to attract major retailers who are looking for a stronger regional presence in this market, and offer the quality, convenience, and affordability that will make Belair Edison Crossing a success." KLNB is on board to handle the leasing activity, although a decision has not been made on what types of retailers will inhabit the center's remaining space. The project is expected to reach completion this May.
