Asia Properties Reveals Stake in Entellium Investments

BELLINGHAM, WA-The locally based investor Thailand real estate announces Thursday that in August of last year, following a called-off merger, it acquired an 11% stake in Bellevue, Wash.-based Entellium Investments Ltd., a CRM software vendor with a presence in Asia and an eye on the U.S.

BELLINGHAM, WA-Asia Properties Inc. of Bellingham announced Thursday that in August of last year it acquired an 11% stake in Bellevue, Wash.-based Entellium Investments Ltd., a CRM software vendor with a presence in Asia and plans to build one in the U.S. Entellium is in the process of filing a registration statement with the U.S. SEC to list on NASDAQ later this year.

Asia Properties was established to invest in prime quality real estate in Thailand and elsewhere in Asia at deep discounts. The company is the only vehicle through which non-Thais can buy Thai real estate and hold the interest in the form of a liquid security trading on a U.S. securities market. Asia Properties stock trades on the Pink Sheets. Its share price stands at $0.60.
