The property will be located on a nine-acre site at the southwest corner of STH 165 (104th Street) and County Road H (88th Avenue).

"CPI needed a unique building and was under time pressure to find a facility for their new bag manufacturing facility", says Gary Rosecrans, vice president of Wispark LLC. "The build-to-suit solution was achievable due to the availability of pre-graded sites at LakeView and the pro-business attitude at the Village of Pleasant Prairie.

CPI, based in Mississauga, Canada, is the ninth foreign-based company located at LakeView. The company manufactures polyethylene bags and liners for the food service, health care and other industries. The Company employs more than 800 people in seven plants.

"We were attracted to LakeView given the willingness to design and build what we needed," says CPI chairman and CEO Peter F. Clark. "This purpose-built facility will accommodate our current production needs and allow us to expand our plastic bag business according to our aggressive growth plans."

WISPARK LLC is the real estate development subsidiary of Wisconsin Energy Corporation, a Milwaukee-based holding company with subsidiaries in utility and non-utility business. The firm is develops commercial properties and urban renewal projects throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
