CPI Commits to 100,000-SF Build-to-Suit

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI-The Mississauga, Canada manufacturer of polyethylene bags will house 123 employees at the facility, which will be built on a nine-acre site at the LakeView Corporate Park here.

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI-CPI Plastics Group LTD has signed a long-term lease on a 100,000-sf build-to-suit facility to be developed in LakeView Corporate Park here. The firm will place 123 employees at the manufacturing, warehouse and office building.

The property will be located on a nine-acre site at the southwest corner of STH 165 (104th Street) and County Road H (88th Avenue).

“CPI needed a unique building and was under time pressure to find a facility for their new bag manufacturing facility”, says Gary Rosecrans, vice president of Wispark LLC. “The build-to-suit solution was achievable due to the availability of pre-graded sites at LakeView and the pro-business attitude at the Village of Pleasant Prairie.
