Inland Real Estate Acquisitions of Oak Brook, IL paid Atlanta-based Retail Planning Corp. Inc. $10.88 million or $103.26 per sf for Springfield Park Shopping Center, a 105,321-sf, 100%-leased property, about 15 miles north of Downtown Atlanta.

Among the tenants are Hobby Lobby, Hancock Fabrics, LA Fitness, Franklin's Printing, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Taco Bell. C. Whitney Knoll, senior vice president/investment sales, Trammell Crow Co., Atlanta, negotiated for the seller.

In an earlier Lawrenceville retail deal reported by GlobeSt.com Jan. 16, the 40,000-sf, two-year-old, 83%-leased Herrington Center was sold for $5.1 million or $127.50 per sf. Tim C. Thomas Inc. was the buyer; Center Investments Inc., the seller.
