Two Pollo Tropical Restaurants Sell for $2.9M

MIAMI-Locally based Pollo Operations Inc. sold both single-tenant properties, located in Sunrise and in Pompano Beach, FL, to Ron and Janet Halter of Wilsonville, OR for $1.5 million and $1.4 million, respectively.

MIAMI-Pollo Operations Inc., based here, has sold two Pollo Tropical fast-food restaurants in South Florida. Ron and Janet Halter of Wilsonville, OR bought both single-tenant retail properties.

One property is located at 2675 W. University Drive in Sunrise. The other is set at 2450 W. Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach. The Sunrise property sold for $1.5 million, while the Pompano Beach property sold for $1.4 million.
