Valley's Oldest Antique Mart Takes Anchor Spot

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Chez Antiques will become the largest store of its type when it opens in 46,955 sf at Pima Crossing. The done deal is a seven-year lease valued at $2.7 million, with an opening penciled on the calendar for February.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Chez Antiques, the oldest antique store in the Valley, will become the anchor tenant at the Pima Crossing shopping center when it opens the largest Valley facility of its kind with the lease of 46,955 sf of inline space.

The antique store, formerly known as Mesa Antique Mart, has signed a seven-year, $2.7-million lease that will allow it to will more than double in size when it opens in February in the 236,539-sf shopping plaza, located at 8740 East Shea Blvd.
