Eric Anderson of Transwestern Commercial Services in Houston tells GlobeSt.com that the company, which offers engineering consulting services to the oil and gas industry, had been looking to move their offices from 16203 Park Row for about five months when it settled on the Two Park Ten Place space. "They outgrew their existing location and wanted to upgrade their image," Anderson said.

The firm's new location not only gives it expanded space in the three-story, 59,913-sf office building at 16300 Katy Freeway, but it gives the company a top floor sign to make its name visible along Interstate 10, Anderson said. The company also has the option of expanding to the building's second floor.

The property, which is 49% occupied, leases for about $16 per sf. Anderson represented Multiphase Solutions in the lease negotiations. The building owner, Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors, was represented by Doug Little of PM Realty Group in Houston.
