Elwood Airport Center Lands 20,587-SF Tenant

PHOENIX-Mountain Country Supply becomes the first tenant for the project in a five-year lease with term value of $679,000. The tenant will move into its third of the seven-month-old building in March.

PHOENIX-The Elwood Airport Center has signed on its first tenant with the lease of 20,587 sf of office and industrial space to Mountain Country Supply, a Phoenix-based plumbing and air conditioning supplier.

“Image and location were the keys” to the five-year $679,000 triple net deal, Ken McQueen with Insignia/ESG tells GlobeSt.com. He said the tenant, which sells and distributes plumbing and air conditioning supplies, found both in the newly built 66,429-sf, flex industrial building at 4346 E. Elwood St.
