The talent agency, which specializes in the information technology and software development industries, will use the 20,724-sf building, which is located at 847 Sansome St., as its headquarters.
847 Sansome is a four-story brick building with a developed lower level located in Jackson Square. The company will occupy more than 50% of the building. The rest of 847 Sansome is leased at current market rents to three professional tenants.
Jim Sobel and Tony Crossley with Colliers International represented Budget Publications Inc., while Tim McClean, also with Colliers, represented Executive Direction Inc.
"The owner is taking advantage of the favorable investment market by using Small Business Administration financing and controlling their own long-term occupancy costs," says Sobel, senior vice president at Colliers International.
