Ross joined the company as senior associate on its Boca Raton retail project leasing team. Previously with CB Richard Ellis Inc. in Boca Raton, he will handle leasing for almost 800,000 sf of Trammell Crow's managed retail properties, including the Regency Court on Yamato Road in Boca Raton, RiverRun on Miramar Parkway in Miramar, Riverwalk Plaza on South Federal Highway in Boynton Beach, La Carreta on North Kendal Drive in Miami and Charleston Square on Hypoluxo Road in Lake Worth.

Mark Bailey, vice president of office tenant representation, has relocated from the Tampa Trammell Crow office to its Fort Lauderdale office. Bailey represents tenants on a regional and national level in acquiring office space. A major tenant is the University of Phoenix, for whom he has leased more than 500,000 sf totaling more than $85 million in aggregate lease value in 12 national markets since 1998.

In addition, Trammell Crow promoted Regina Perez to property manager of three projects. Perez, who joined the company in 1999 and works in the Miami office, will manage about 320,000 sf in Miami-Dade County, including the 137,000-sf Flamingo Marketplace, the 132,800-sf Park Centre and the 49,800-sf Miami Service Center.

The company also promoted Penny Sparks to property manager of Corporate Park of Miami, an eight-building, 200,000-sf, 16-acre suburban office park in the airport west submarket. Sparks joined Trammell Crow in 2000.
